Pathwork
Pathwork takes us on an inward journey that allows us to explore our intentions, needs, and wants in different ways. Much the same as a dream journey or spirit walk. Pathwork leads us to our personal guides and speaks to us on a deep inner level, helping us to heal from past traumas and discover more about ourselves and our path in this world.
Chakra
Our Chakras are energy centers found within our bodies. We have over 200 centers that process all the energy we come into contact with. We often focus on the 7 main ones that run the length of our spine to which the other centers send and process information. When these centers become imbalanced and blocked we may find it to be difficult to open up or may find that we have random aches and pains we cannot explain or find the source of discomfort for.
Tarot Readings
Tarot readings help to guide us through diffucult times. Giving us access to inner insights and puuting in front of us that which we do not want to see. These things help to keep us stagnant and repeating patterns that do not serve us. A tarot reading can help you to see the pattern and a way to break the cycle.
This process takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
Reiki
Reiki is the universal life force. It is energy that is all around us. When channeled it can help to reduce stress and anxiety. It allows us to relax so that our body can use the energy it needs to heal.
Minister
As a minister I recognize all faiths and beleif systems. My services are non-denominational and open to anyone no matter their personal choices. -Rebecca
